TWO-NIGHT STAY FOR TWO PEOPLE AT A CASA ANTIGA DO MONTE
Susavila de Ocio e Inversiones, S.L., with registered office at Camino Vello, 8, Lestrove, Dodro, A Coruña (C.P. 15916), holder of Tax Indentification Number (C.I.F.) B15618879, registered with the Commercial Registry of A Coruña and incorporated on 24 October 1997, is organising this promotional prize draw, which will be conducted through its official social media profiles and governed by these Terms and Conditions.
The main business activity of Susavila de Ocio e Inversiones, S.L. is related to hotel management and tourist accommodation (CNAE 5510).. As part of its communication and customer loyalty initiatives, the company wishes to reward its followers by organising this prize draw, complying at all times with the applicable regulations and ensuring transparency and equal opportunities for all participants.
Participation in the Prize Draw entails full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as any specific conditions that may be established for each promotional activity., así como de las condiciones particulares que, en su caso, se establezcan para cada acción promocional.
1.- PURPOSE
The purpose of this prize draw is to promote the image of A Casa Antiga do Monte in digital enviroments and increase its reach on social media platforms.. To achieve this, the initiative is intended to encourage user interaction through the organisation of the prize draw to give participants the opportunity to win a prize.
2.- PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
Any person may participate in the prize draw, provided that they comply with the conditions set out in the following section, during the established promotional period:
- Prize draw start date: día 03 de noviembre de 2026.
- Prize draw closing date: día 01 de diciembre de 2026.
- Announcement of the winner: día 05 de diciembre de 2026.
The company reserves the right to change these dates should this become necessary. Any such change will be duly announced through our official social media channels and website.
3.- HOW TO ENTER
To participate and be eligible to win the prize, users must complete all of the following steps:
- Step one: follow the official A Casa Antiga do Monte account on Instagram.
- Step two: like the prize draw post and mention the person with whoum you would like to enjoy the prize.
- Step three: share the post to your Instagram stories.
4.- ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
The prize draw is open to natural persons over the age of 18. The following persons may not participate in this prize draw:
- Minors.
- Employees of companies belonging to the Susavila Group.
- First- or second- degree relatives of employees.
- Profiles managed by other companies or organisations.
5.- ORGANISATION AND SELECTION OF THE WINNER
All participants who meet the requirements set out in Section 4 and complete the entry steps described in Section 3 will be entered into a random selection process using the system hosted on the AppSorteos platform., The selection will take place el 5 de diciembre de 2026 at 112:00 noon.
The system will select the username of one participant, who will receive the prize, as well as the usernames of two additional reserve winners, in the event that the winner declines the prize or any other unforeseen issue arise.
6.- ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE WINNER
The winner and the reserve winners will be announced on 5 de diciembre de 2026 at 12:30 p.m.,, through a post on the feed and in the stories of the official A Casa Antiga do Monte account on Instagram.
The winner must have completed all the required entry setps and meet all the eligibility requirements in order to receive the prize.
7.- PRIZE
The winner will receive a two-night stay for two people at A Casa Antiga do Monte, a tourist accommodation property located in Lestrove, Dodro (A Coruña). The stay includes breakfast and dinner, as well as exclusive use of all the property's facilities, including private parking, restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, sauna, fitnessroom, sports courts and gardens.
To claim the prize, the selected winner will have 72 hours to contact the company, either through Instagram or by email. Once this period has expired, at 2.00 p.m. on Monday, 8 December, if the winner has not claimed the prize, it will be awarded to the first reserve winner.
8.- PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The winner's username will be mentioned in the post relating to the prize draw on the official A Casa Antiga do Monte Instagram account: https://www.instagram.com/padronqualityrooms
For the purposes set out in Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data,, participants are hereny informed that the personal data collected as a result of participation in the prize draw will be included in a automated filing system located at Camiño Vello 8, Dodro, 15916 (A Coruña). Such data will be processed in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation for the purpose of managing the different stages of the prize draw and sending commercial and/or promotional communications considered to be of interest, by any electronic means.
Susavila de Ocio e Inversiones, S.L. guarantees participants the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of their personal data, as well as the right to stop receiving electronic communications, by notifying the organising company by email at the following address: informacion@susavilaocio.es
The communication must clearly state the participant's first name, surname and the reason for the request. Susavila de Ocio e Inversiones, S.L. guarantees that will adopt the appropriate measures to ensure the confidential processing of the data collected.
9.- ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Participation in this prize draw entails full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The organising company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, suspend the prize draw or disqualify any participants who act fraudulently of fail to comply with the eligibility requirements or entry procedures.
10.- DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
Instagram does not sponsor, endorse or administer this prize draw, nor is it associated with it in any way. Participants release the platform from any liability arising from the organisation or conduct of the prize draw.
11.- GENERAL PROVISIONS
Should any of the foregoing provisions be found to be unlawful, this will not affect the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which will remain fully valid and effective for all relevant purposes.
